This Privacy Policy describes how Hoyfinanza Analytics S.A.S. (“Hoyfinanza”, “we”) processes the personal data received through the site hoyfinanza.com. We follow Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, Provision 60/2016 and the updates published by the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP) up to 2026.

2. Data we collect
When you submit the form we receive your name, email address and the message you send. We also record limited technical data (truncated IP, device type, browser language) to operate the site and prevent misuse.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to respond to your query, manage access to informational material, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations and, only with your prior consent, contact you about service updates.
4. Legal basis
Our processing relies on your free and informed consent (art. 5 Law 25,326), our legitimate interest in the security of the site and compliance with applicable legal duties.
5. Processors and transfers
We may share data with technology providers operating under confidentiality agreements (cloud hosting, aggregated analytics, email delivery). When transfers occur outside Argentina we apply the safeguards foreseen by Provision 60/2016 and the model clauses issued by the AAIP.
6. Retention
We keep personal data strictly for the time required by the purposes described or by legal obligations. As a general rule, contact form data is not kept for more than 24 months after last use.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by writing to contacto@hoyfinanza.com. We respond within 10 calendar days. You can also file complaints before the AAIP (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, segmented access controls, periodic reviews and team training. No system is foolproof, but we continuously work to reduce risks.
9. Minors
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. The current version will be published at this same URL indicating the last update date.
